The Limited Slip Collar is specifically designed with your dog's safety in mind. With a leash attached to the "live" d-ring, this collar will tighten with pressure to help prevent your dog from backing out of their collar. To prevent over-tightening our limited slip design will limit the collar's reduction in size by 4" (3" for the smaller neck sizes). The added buckle is great for adding that quick release feature, as well as for head shy dogs.

Adjustable Fit: By including your dog's measurements, we can create a comfortable, secure fit that's just right for them. This is especially helpful if they're between sizes or still growing, so we can make any necessary adjustments to our standard sizing.
Fi 3+ models: For optimal accuracy with the new Series 3+ Behavior Monitoring features, Fi recommends the in-line design worn around your dog’s neck. The Series 3+ will still work with the overlay design for GPS tracking and fitness. If you'd like the collar made the in-line fi style please add a note in the "order notes" section at checkout.

- BioThane® is a piece of cake to clean. Wash in soapy water or just spray off with the hose and, BOOM, it's as good as new. Towel dry or air dry, and it's ready for more fun & dirty adventures! To keep your BioThane gear performing at its best, we recommend rinsing your dog’s leash or collar with fresh water after any water-based or dirt-heavy activities. Take special care to rinse the hardware on your BioThane® gear. This will help to rinse off dirt, grime, and salt water all of which can, over time, wear down the hardware.
- To ensure the longevity of your BioThane® product, avoid exposure to certain chemicals such as, DEET, insect repellents, topical flea and tick products, as well as lotions and body oils. This can lead to brittleness and cracking over time.
- UV printing is the most durable method for printing on BioThane®. While it's incredibly resilient to the elements, it may show signs of wear and tear over time.
