For those adventures where you need a little extra control, our BioThane® leashes with the traffic handle can be the perfect solution. The added traffic handle is particularly useful to keep your dog close in busy cities or crowded spots. They can also be a valuable tool for reinforcing good leash manners or teaching your dog to walk calmly beside you.
- Constructed with 3/4" or 1" super heavy BioThane®

Black Aluminum Frog Clip: The heavy duty Frog Clip features a dual spring lock that ensures fast, one-handed attachment and release. It's the perfect blend of reliability and ease for every outdoor journey. Please note that these clips are designed to fit standard-sized hardware and may not attach to low-profile or slim hardware.
Auto-Locking Aluminum Carabiner: Made from Aviation Aluminum which makes them lightweight and extremely durable. With the twist-lock design, you can easily operate these carabiners. With a simple twist to the barrel and push against the spring load, it will open. Automatic re-locking when pressure is released.

Solid Brass Bolt Snap: is just that - brass all the way through to its core. Here at SeaFlower Co, we only use solid brass hardware & not brass plated (which has a much shorter lifespan). Solid brass is known for its strength, durability, and resistance to rust and corrosion.
- BioThane® is a piece of cake to clean. Wash in soapy water or just spray off with the hose and, BOOM, it's as good as new. Towel dry or air dry, and it's ready for more fun & dirty adventures! To keep your BioThane gear performing at its best, we recommend rinsing your dog’s leash or collar with fresh water after any water-based or dirt-heavy activities. Take special care to rinse the hardware on your BioThane® gear. This will help to rinse off dirt, grime, and salt water all of which can, over time, wear down the hardware.
- To ensure the longevity of your BioThane® product, avoid exposure to certain chemicals such as, DEET, insect repellents, topical flea and tick products, as well as lotions and body oils. This can lead to brittleness and cracking over time.

These leashes turned out amazing! April adjusted the traffic handle to be slightly longer at my request and it's perfect. I walk 2 medium sized dogs along a busy road that has a very small shoulder shared with cyclists. So it's important that our leashes are not too long, and that the traffic handles are positioned where I can easily grab on quickly and use them without bending over. I'm so happy to toss our old grungy nylon leashes (fabric does not hold up to the Hawaiian sun and salt water) and only use these ones from now on! I got both leashes in 4' length and 3/4' width. Orange and Pink with Brass hardware (and a matching martingale collar) for one dog, and Grass Green and Green with Stainless Steel hardware for my other pup to match her harness! The Grass Green and Orange are super bright and easy to see at dusk!
